M: This is John Ford from L&A Law office. I’m representing the plaintiff in the Topclass Insurance case.(65)I was calling to schedule a settlement negotiation meeting for this Tuesday, May 6th.(66) This case goes to trial on Thursday, May 9th, so it’s kind of urgent. Do you know if Ms. Cole is available on Tuesday?
W: According to her schedule, she has a meeting that morning, but she should be available in the afternoon. (67)I’ll check with her and call you back later today to arrange an exact time.
