Good morning, Ms. Matthews. This is Hank calling from E&A Lawn Care Service. I wanted to let you know that we’ll start work tomorrow at 10 a.m. as scheduled. We did receive your additional service request to trim the bushes by your office’s front window, and we’ll do that before cutting the lawns. We’ll be parking our truck in the guest parking space near your building’s front entrance, so let me know if that will cause any problems. Also, we recently changed bank accounts. You’ll need to write our new account number on your check so that the payment is credited properly when the check gets processed. That’s about it, I guess. I’ll see you at 10 tomorrow morning.
