In an effort to conserve resources and ensure a steady supply of drinking water for residents, the Helena City Government will replace old water lines on Queensville Boulevard. Those who still wish to take Queensville should expect heavy congestion from Mondays to Fridays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Officers will be assigned to the area and the surrounding roadways to ensure smooth traffic flow.
