Welcome, everyone. My name is Stewart, and l work here in our research lab. I will be taking you on a tour of our vineyard this afternoon. Before we start, let me tell you how we process grapes in order to produce your favorite red wine. Upon collection, the grapes are crushed to form a liquid which is then transferred into large containers, where it settles for a few days. Meanwhile, the sugar and acidity levels are periodically adjusted. A chemical is also added to prevent discoloration and contamination. Finally, the wine is filtered and then put into bottles.
