答案　　Yes, of course. Takeaways are very convenient and popular in China now. You can have takeaways of all kinds of food. The food will be delivered to you in about 20 minutes or even less. But I think home-made food is much healthier because home-made food uses better cooking oil. As you know, many Chinese dishes contain lots of oil. If a person eats takeaways two meals a day, the oil intake of that person can easily exceed the recommended amount. Home-made food has less seasoning as well, which makes it healthier.
