答案 From the simple but compelling cartoon we can see that two young persons are climbing a steep mountain, which successfully captures our eyes. After a deep analysis, we can read two attitudes in this picture—one person bravely confronts his hardship and perseveres, while the other fails to do it owing to lack of courage. Accordingly, what this far-reaching picture depicts demonstrates a common phenomenon in contemporary society, which is meaningful as well as instructive: the courage to face difficulty. A case in point is Hemingway who considers courage as a person’s ability to be calm in face of death. Courage is not only related to disease and death but also to our daily life, which reminds us that anyone who is in possession of the quality is likely to overcome whatever difficulty or situation they are confronted with. Unfortunately, the lack of this character may lead to final failure in job, or even in life. To conclude, attitudes is everything. I firmly maintain that youngsters should exert every effort to develop this quality. Once we trust in our abilities, it will turn out to be easy to solve any problem.
