答案
No Bikes on Campus? Nowadays, it’s quite common to see students riding bikes on campus. However, given the safety and traffic problems, some universities recently have implemented policies that ban the bicycle riding on campus, which has become a hot topic for many debates. Some people have expressed their disagreement on forbidding students to ride bikes. They say that bicycles have become a very useful vehicle which can help students save a lot of time, especially when the campus is quite large. Besides, cycling is a cheap way to get around and has no pollution to the environment. They also argue that prohibiting students from riding while allowing teachers to drive cars on campus is not fair. As far as I’m concerned, if the college’s terrain is really unsuitable for cycling, it makes sense for them to do so. Otherwise, universities should take other measures to tackle the problems resulting from riding bicycles, such as speed and area restriction.
