Bad ideas come and go, but professional relationships should be forever. Furthermore, never "borrow" someone’s idea. Business owner, CEO, supervisor, entry-level employee... it doesn’t matter.(25)Always give credit where credit is due. Steal an ide-a, and the victim never forgets. And don’t fall back on the old, "Well, they work for me, and we’re a team... so I was just raising the idea on behalf of the team. " No one goes for that excuse but you.
