What does the company have to prepare for?

I have a short announcement today. This is a reminder that the factory is scheduled for a safety check this Friday. The person in charge wants us to submit our maintenance reports. So please make sure that you hand in any updated documents to the manager before you leave for the day. Each report should contain the current records regarding the replacement or repair of a machine. The inspector will also check the production plant. After the safety check, he will send us an inspection report, and I’ll schedule a meeting so we can share the results.
