答案 The above picture vividly depicts each of the teenagers is carrying a transparent and crystal-like "heart," saying, "please leave me alone, my heart is as fragile as glass." What the picture conveys is that health refers to not only physical health, but mental health, too. Indeed, the problem of mental health is increasingly common among people, especially the young. There are many reasons accounting for this issue. First, as a result of a growing number of single-parent families or frequent quarrels between couples, many teenagers are subject to great depression originating from their families. Second, with the competition being fierce, teenagers are more likely to be confronted with great pressure coming from academic study. Besides, the employment stresses are so hugely imposed on the young that they are consistently encountered with mental strain or anxiety. Psychological problems, if not properly handled, may lead to destructive consequences, for example, suicidal accidents and school violence etc. In short, it is high time that we underlined the importance of mental health education and guidance to help the young to relieve the pressure. For example, lectures can be given to the young on how to improve the ability to get along with others and deal with stresses and strains in our life, study and work. Only in this way, can the young generation have a healthy mind and a promising future.
