   Robots! Robots!
   The World Robot Conference 2016 has officially kicked off in Beijing with the theme " Collaborative Innovation toward the Building of an Intelligent Society. " The 5-day event highlights the latest innovations, as a variety of specialized robots are on display. It has attracted representatives from nearly 150 robotics companies from around the world.
   While some of the robots are specialized in industrial manufacturing, many others have entertaining skills like dancing, playing sports, doing household chores, or even helping with child care.
   " Currently our products mainly work as guides for visitors, as well as do some consultancy or work in medical and healthcare industries. We have been cooperating with banks, real estate agencies and hotels in a bid to popularize the use of the robots. "
   Some robots are useful assistants in carrying out life-saving surgery. Among them is the robot produced by Remebot, a high-tech start-up which has been focused on creating robots for medical use since 2010.
   Stats from the International Federation of Robotics show that China is by far the largest robot market in the world with 68 thousand robots sold annually.
   The sales volume of industrial robots in Chinese market has been increasing at an average rate of 35 percent in each of the past 5 years.
   However, experts say China still needs to catch up with the world’s most advanced robot manufacturers in terms of research and development and application. This goal will require improved innovation as well as elevated standards of examination and certification. It aims to build efficient and flexible cooperation, tap the potentialities of sci-tech innovation, and strengthen the R & D process of industrial, service or other specialized robots. China also calls for forging ahead with robotic research and the commercialization of the products, and enhance the role played by innovation in robotics technology and industry development.

答案 March, Robots! The World Robot Conference 2016 saw the uplifting development of specialized robots which range from industrial manufacturing robots to entertaining robots. As the biggest market in the world, China calls for improved innovation and higher standards of certification of robots in the future to catch up with the international trend of robots. From my perspective, as a promising industry, robot manufacture should be promoted to the full extent. Regardless of such warnings as their rendering the population redundant and being run wildly out of human’s control, robots, whose applications relieve mankind of tedious routines and even the highly cognitive work, prove their irreplaceable value in various domains. Distinct from human beings who can’t exceed the physical limitation of some kind of work, robots, on the one hand, can perform manual tasks continuously without the slightest trace of fatigue. On the other hand, robots, as cold machines almost immune from errors, can complete cognitive tasks in a more accurate and efficient way. For example, some robots in the medical fields can handily outperform human experts in sifting out data and carrying out sophisticated surgery, which pushes efficiency to a skyrocketing level. To conclude, robots, the avatar of AI ( artificial intelligence) technology, should be boosted to no small extent. If used wisely, robots will definitely change our world into a wonderland where we can be released from monotonous jobs by the relentless efforts of our dear friends—robots.
