People who have a habit of being late are normally disorganised. They don’t get used to planning their schedules. Say, if their friends arrange for a meeting, they may suddenly want to wash his or her hair just before it’s time to leave the house. In another scenario, if a person isn’t considerate enough, he or she won’t think or care about the inconvenience caused for others, so they simply just do everything in their own ways. In a word, I think these two reasons explains why some people’s constant being late.
