Ironic as the picture seems to be, it has a reflection in our daily life. Along with the unceasing technical progress, we rely more and more on technologies to solve problems, which gives rise to the degradation of our ability to think for ourselves. It seems like that technologies provide us with infinite sources. With fingertips, tons of things can be done. It is even hardly to image life without technology supporting. However, its defects also come to stand out gradually. The biggest negative is that it leads to the loss of our creativity and enterprising spirits. By clicking the mouse or pressing the button, we will gain what we expect, so we become satisfied with the present and think little about progress, leading to stagnation of knowledge. In conclusion, it is very important to know that it’s the creative ability that make our society prosperous and flourish. New technologies should be the resources supporting us to discover new things and gain knowledge, rather than the reason for us to accept the status quo.
