I phoned your office on Tuesday, May 24 in order to schedule an appointment to look at one of your luxury apartments at Cedar Heights. I was very impressed with the layout of the complex as well as the professionalism of the staff member who showed me around, and I decided to rent the apartment. After accompanying the staff member back to the office, I signed the contract and paid the deposit of $800 in full. However, after checking my bank account this morning, I can see that $ 1, 000 was instead transferred to your company. I can only assume this to be a mistake on your part, and I would like this rectified ahead of my move-in date of April 1. After being so impressed with your firm, I can only express my disappointment with this incident. I expect the matter to be resolved promptly.
