答案
A Wise Talker Is a Good Listener First Democritus once said, "It is greed to do all the talking but not to want to listen at all." which I think gets to the truth with a single pertinent remark. As we all know, communication is a two-way talking, with participants alternatively changing their role of speaking or listening. Only in this way can opinions be truly perceived, ideas be really exchanged, and emotions be maximally shared. A man who wants to dominate the talking and force others to listen can never have a communication. Even when his voice is heard, what he said doesn’t make any sense, as he ruined the basis of communication, which is equality and mutual respect. A wise talker is a good listener first. Listening to others can help us better understand what they said, predict what they will say, and give us time to prepare for our next talking. Therefore, it is greed, and more importantly, it is stupid to do all the talking but not to want to listen at all.
