I am sending this letter to contest the billing charges for the catering service you provided for Zaider Corporation last Saturday night. I mentioned this to your head waiter, but he indicated that he was not told to provide bottomless drinks. As a result, the additional soft drinks consumed that night were charged to my running total.
I am seriously disappointed with what happened. I request that you personally look into the matter, as I will not submit my payment until the excess costs of the entrees and extra charges for the drinks have been deducted from the total. A copy of our contract is enclosed for your reference.
