The implied meaning conveyed in it can be briefly stated in the following two aspects. To begin with, the spirit of challenge is missing among most university students. Their top career standard -- steadiness -- shows that most students lack the confidence and courage to face difficulties and challenges in work What’s more, most students are money-oriented and self-centered. High income and self- development are viewed as the most important factors, which indicates a lacking of the spirit of serving the people and rewarding the society. In my view, their employment ideal needs to be adjusted. On the one hand, a widespread education campaign must be launched to popularize correct employment concepts. On the other hand, a healthy social environment should be created so as to guide the healthy development of students’ character. Only in these ways can university students, find their ideal jobs in our harmonious society.
