答案
What is vividly demonstrated in the given picture above, a man building a great wall so as to guard his heart, reminds us of what is desirable and what is undesirable in our daily life. The state of the very man in the picture has made us reflect upon what is presently worth noticing—the issue of sound interpersonal communication, open-mindedness and inclusiveness, since the three factors considerably contribute to our personal life and social progress. Although a high IQ helps you in many ways, it is no guarantee of a happy life or a successful career. To help you lead a happy life or have a successful career, you need a high emotional quotient or EQ—sound interpersonal communication, open-mindedness and inclusiveness. In fact, your EQ is your ability to understand your emotions and to deal with emotional problems. If you have a high EQ, you get along well with your classmates or colleagues. In other words, people with a high EQ are good at managing their emotions and handling interpersonal relationships. That’s why a lot of CEOs are people with a high EQ rather than people with a high IQ.
