答案 The pie chart shows the difficulties encountered by working students. As can be seen, interpersonal relationship and commute are two difficulties equally reported by 29% of the students. A further 24% say that they are not physically strong, while 12% and 6% say that they are not understood and are bullied, respectively. Some measures can be taken to improve job satisfaction among students. First, training courses about interpersonal relation could be offered in universities and in pre-employment induction program, in order to familiarize students with how to establish a good rapport with colleagues. Second, public transportation system could be improved to increase the frequency of buses and metro trains, so that people do not have to wait for too long to get on a bus or a train. Better still, companies could arrange car pooling for their employees, which would make travelling to work easier and more comfortable. With the above measures taken, it will be easier for students to transit to be capable and satisfied employees.
