Companies must recognize the functions of education and must be prepared to conduct educational projects. Candidate B: Education which involves in-service training, off-the-job training, on-the-job training and in-house training, and so forth, has played an important and even a leading role in influencing workforce efficiency and productivity of companies. The productivity in the companies has developed very much just because the companies have well-educated, or well-trained workforces.
