Between April 1st and June 30th, we phoned 2,000 TX computer users. We asked for their opinion about the products and services offered by your company. 1,150 agreed to share their views. 1,040 said that they were either ’satisfied’ or ’very satisfied’ with the product and service they received. That’s 90% of everyone who answered.
I attached all the data in this email as well as a comprehensive analysis of the responses. Briefly, the results indicate that your customers value the speed and durability of TX computers. Many respondents mentioned that your computers still function perfectly even after several years of ownership. However, some people were not satisfied with the customer service or the delivery options that were offered. I hope you will find this information helpful.
