Where to Work: Developed Cities or West China?
选项
答案
Where to Work: Developed Cities or West China? In recent years many college graduates have gone to West China to work. But many students still would like to choose developed cities like Beijing and Shanghai to work. The different choices of work place result from the advantages and disadvantages of working in developed cities and West China respectively. Many people appreciate the privileges the developed cities may bring to them. The developed cities may offer them more opportunities to get a good job and earn more money. And the advanced working facilities may make their work more comfortable. Nevertheless, working in West China is also very attractive. They will have more chances to learn the practical problems in poverty-stricken western areas. And therefore their abilities to solve problems will be improved. Both working in big cities and in less developed West China may have some problems. You have to bear the working pressure from the heated competition in big cities, and you have to bear the poor working, transportation, and communication conditions in West China. The government is now attaching increasingly more importance to the development of West China. Therefore, I would like to take the chance to improve my abilities and to make my own contribution for this process. In short, I would choose to work in West China.
