   However, Americans remain considerably uneasy about eating cloned food. A national poll last year found 64 percent of Americans uncomfortable with the idea of eating cloned food.
   It is estimated that there are already several hundred cattle among America’s 9 million that have been cloned. The FDA will accept comments from the public for the next three months before announcing its final decision.
