Current Circumstances Don’t Define Your Destination There is a saying that goes "Your present circumstances don’t determine where you can go: they merely determine where you start." which I think is very true and inspiring as well. In today’s society we are said to have moved into a time for "competition of fathers". With 2nd Official Generation and 2nd Rich Generation occupying the social resources, 2nd Poor Generation have been struggling to reach upper class but failed. Behind the name of 2nd Generation, the hatred to the rich and officials permeated in the society has been swelled, which has been changed virtually: people began to be more concerned about the superior resources which have been monopolised by the few, most people will then lose the opportunity to change their destiny. However, most of us have neglected or underestimated the ability of ourselves. The present circumstances are important indeed, but they merely determine where you start. An official or rich father can never guarantee a successful future for you. What you need to do is to give full play to your own ability on the basis of present circumstances.
