W: No, I’m sorry. None are available at this time, but I expect a vacancy in about three weeks. Could I interest you in a two-bedroom apartment?
M: Well, you see, I’m a student, how much more would a two-bedroom apartment cost?
W: The one-bedroom apartment rents for $ 150 a month and the two-bedroom apartment costs only thirty-five dollars more.
M: Is the two-bedroom a great deal larger than the one-bedroom?

W: No, I’m sorry, there isn’t. We do have a recreation area and a sauna. Also, there are tennis courts close to our building.
M: When could I see an apartment?
