Moreover, people are more liable to get fatigued and sick because of the extension of working time, which is a threat to their health. In addition, the results of working long hours are the chronic stress and consequent psychological problems. In brief, there might be some exemptions, but the restriction should be applied to the majority of workers. And people should learn to love themselves, arrange their time wisely and have a proper rest, so that they can perform well at work.
