M: Hello, Miss Jones. This is Ian from Wi-Fi Neighbors. I’ve followed up on the trouble you’ve been having accessing our Internet service provider, and basically, I think the problem is at your end.
W: But I’ve already been without my Internet service for the whole morning now. I’m going to have to find Internet access soon to make a deadline.
M: I have already put in a request for a technician to visit your office, but I’m afraid I can’t tell you exactly when he will arrive.
W: All right. Can you give the technician my cell phone number? I’m going to an Internet cafe just down the road to e-mail these documents. Please have him call me as soon as he reaches my office.
