答案 Dear Sir/Madam, I am at present living in a house which I rented through your agency. I am sorry to inform you that the heating system in the house stopped working some time ago. I phoned your agency and explained the problem one week ago, but you still have not sent anybody to fix the heating system. This is very inconvenient—not to mention the danger to the health—as the weather is starting to get colder. I am puzzled as to why you have not paid attention to this urgent matter. I must remind you that a fully operative heating system is one of the terms of the lease of the house. Therefore, I would very much appreciate it if you would send a technician to repair the system as soon as possible.
