Where did the attack happen yesterday?

Rebels in northern Uganda attacked civilians as they tended fields in their refugee camp yesterday. A Ugandan army spokesman and aid worker says at least ten people were shot and hacked to death. At least fourteen were hurt. It was one of the worst such attacks in weeks by the lord’s resistance army on refugee camps. Violence in Uganda has gotten worse since talks to end the more than 18-year-old civil war came to an impasse earlier this week. The United Nation says more than a million and a half people have been forced from their homes in Uganda due to the fighting and tens of thousands of children have been abducted. The lord’s resistance army holds no actual territory.
