答案 My View on Job-Hopping Nowadays jobhopping is a topic of controversy; some people approve it while others do not. In my opinion,there are both positive and negative sides to it. First, jobhopping will bring about new challenges and better opportunities as well. In addition, people want to get better salaries or better conditions. As for the negative sides, frequent jobhopping is not beneficial to selfdevelopment. If we hold a job for a long time, we can accumulate a lot of experience of it, and we will have more understanding about it. That means there are more opportunities waiting for us. Meanwhile the enterprise can operate very well and reduce the employment costs. For individuals, they should improve themselves in the aspect of idea and knowledge. And for corporations, they need to refine their personnel management system to make their employees stay. In one word,frequent jobhopping does no good to us.
