Hello, Ms. Lee. My name is Frank Branney, and I’m calling from Nation One Marketing. We have had some time to properly review your application form and the documents you provided along with it. We are very impressed with your experience and credentials and would like to meet with you this Friday at 2 P. M. at our head office. We will be interviewing five candidates for the two available positions. Please note that our head office moved from Sutherland Road to 205 Bixby Terrace last month. We’d like you to give a sample presentation on Friday. On top of that, we will ask you to create some marketing plans and designs during our discussion. All materials will be provided.
