答案
From this graph, we can see that in Manhattan, ups and downs of the number of car accidents changes with different months. From January to March, the number of car accidents rose by 10; however, from March to June it declined to 26 within three months. Then it went up to 39 in August. From then on, it is gradually declining to 16 in Manhattan City. The reasons that why the number of the car accidents declines so rapidly are as follows. Firstly, traffic regulations worked hard for the car accidents and policemen make great progress to regulate the traffic to reduce the car accidents. Secondly, the traffic was not so heavy in the city during September and December, which also helped to reduce the number of car accidents. This year, with the laying-down of two new roads and the opening-up of more traffic lines, the number of cars and bicycles and people in the street will be greatly reduced, and consequently the problem of heavy traffic will be better solved. In other words, the car accidents in the city will be decreased even further.
