答案
Job Hopping is Good for You Some people say it’s better to stay in the same corporation for 25 years but I believe that job hopping can be more satisfying. There is a saying that goes as follows, "A rolling stone gathers no moss." Many people say that if you roll around and change jobs somewhat frequently you may never gain much experience. The fact is that this is not entirely true because by changing your work environments you gain a variety of experiences. Every workplace has different dynamics including how people work together in order to reach a certain goal. You can learn how to work with different people from different backgrounds and therefore learn more interpersonal skills. You can also learn how different companies or workplaces manage their times and skills. It may also be beneficial to change jobs because benefits like salary or pension and health insurance can be better. Sometimes you have to think about the practicalities. After all, people need to eat and stay healthy. If the benefits are greater then choose that job. In conclusion, one must not think that moving from one job to another is useless. It in fact can be more beneficial for the sake of variety, rise in status, financial benefits and experience.
