    6 percent of employees will use year-end bonuses to repay debts.
    6 percent of employees will use their year-end bonuses to maintain (维系) "good relationships" with friends or colleagues, or other people they consider "important" in their life.
    4 percent of employees will spend their year-end bonuses on work-related training and education.
    4 percent of employees will spend their year-end bonuses on entertainment.
