What does the radio program "Crime Watch" deal with?

M: Hi! And welcome to another edition of "Crime Watch", the only talk- back radio program that features real-life victims of crime and discusses ways to deal with it. And, our first caller is Sue. Hello Sue!
W: Hello !
M: Tell me, Sue. What happened to you?
W: I was involved in a bank robbery.
M: You weren’t!
W: I certainly was !
M: Tell us what happened.
W: Well, I was just going to the bank, which I do every week, and I was standing in line waiting to be served, when suddenly this hooded man with a gun burst into the bank and started screaming and yelling for us all to put our hands up. So, we’re all standing there with our hands up, while he forceed a teller to fill his bag with money. M: Wow! How long were you standing there like that for?
W: Not long. It all happened so quickly ! As soon as the robber had his bag full, he left, and the same teller who had filled his bag called the police. So we were all interviewed and had to testify.
M: You testified? You mean, they caught him?
W: They sure did. They gave him 10 years.
M: Wow! And, were you scared?
W: Absolutely. I was fearful !
M: So tell us, what’s the best strategy when you’re in a situation like that?
W: Well, I think the best thing to do is to stay calm. The robber might be armed, so you definitely don’t want to panic-that would only attract attention to yourself. Also, don’t make eye contact with the robber. All the banks have surveillance cameras, so let them do the work. And don’t put up a fight-cooperate, give them whatever they ask for.
