Consequently, it has birthed an innovative electronic commerce model—Moments-based business, which, however, is becoming a "worst-hit area" of fake goods while gaining favors from the general public. Considering the great number of the potential buyers and low threshold, many people throw themselves into this industry, and some even risk selling the fake to obtain higher profits. Definitely, these fake goods bring about great economic losses to consumers, and even cause severe harm to their health, such as disfigurement and organ failure. What’s worse, once the product is found imperfect, consumers always have no complaint channels. From the analysis above, we can see that the black sheep among WeChat sellers do great harm to the emerging business model. Trust is far from enough for this business model. Only by establishing a perfect complaint and guarantee system can we ensure this new model will be developed in a sound and sustainable way.
