答案June 15, 2006 CCL Company 123 Nanjing Road Shenzhen, 100008 Dear Sirs, On July 16, 2006 I bought a CCL cell phone, TI860, at CCL Store in Beijing. I used it only a few months when the power was often off while it was working. We took it to a local repair shop. They told us that it was a factory defect and suggested that we take it to CCL. CCL accepted the machine and sent the part in. We had waited three months before we got the cell phone back. Now, five months later, the same thing has happened again. We took it back to CCL. They were no longer carrying your cell phone, but they assured us that the guarantee was good and suggested that we write you for further instructions as to what steps to take. The guarantee was registered in my name at the address below: 123 Dongdan Road, Beijing 100005. I will appreciate anything you can do to help me on this matter. Respectfully, Li Xiaohua
