Report on the recent performance of our department The report aims to introduce the performance of our department in the past quarter and to list the aspects that need to be improved. Our department has fulfilled our tasks perfectly and completely in the last quarter, which mainly involved enrolling required staffs for most of the departments of our company with the least money and manpower. What’s more, we successfully held a training course about responsibilities and duties for the staff and they are more passionate with their jobs now. The corporate culture of the company has been also enhanced thanks to a series of activities organised by us, like birthday parties for the employees, company culture walls, etc. However, there are still some problems. First, some posts are still vacant for the talent market are very short of that kind of professionals and we need to do more work to recruit the talents in those fields. Furthermore, some experienced staffs are not satisfied with the current level of wages and have asked for an increase. Therefore, some measures should be taken to solve those problems. First, we will urge and assist some departments to train more talents to be competent for the professional positions. Meanwhile, we will broaden our channels for recruiting professionals. Second, new policies for wage increase should be implemented so everyone can get satisfying wages relevant to their contributions. With these measures taken, I’m sure our department can do better in the future.
