Thank you for coming to our first lecture session this morning. My name is Julie Barnett and I am going to discuss the importance of having a nutritious diet. I’ve worked as a dietician for the past 15 years and have come to understand that eating a large variety of foods is beneficial to our wellbeing. First, we are going to go through a list of vitamins and minerals that our bodies require to function properly.
