答案　　Actually, I find it hard to keep a daily routine because there’re so many distractions around. But I’ve also found a way to help me with that. I like to work out a schedule, and force myself to stick to it. If I can do it for 7 days, I buy myself an ice-cream as a reward; for a month, I take myself out for a fancy meal, and for a year, I can keep my daily routine without forcing myself.
