Ministers from seven eastern African countries said they would impose economic and travel sanction on clan warlords in Somalia who were, last April, ousted by an Islamic militia from the capital Somalia. Kenya has already announced its refusing the warlords’ bank accounts and banning them from entering the country. The Kenya Foreign Minister R.T. said the warlords should not enjoy privileges while creating miseries in Somalia. "We will not allow them to bring their kids to school here. We will not allow mem to enjoy the facilities in our five-star hotels when they create hell in their own country."
