What can we learn from the conversation?

W: What did the director say when you told him about our plans?
M: Well, it wasn’t as bad as I expected. I thought he’d just give us a flat out ’No’.
W: It’s OK, then?
M: Well, maybe. But he put a lot of conditions on what we could do.

W: They may be proud of their new facilities, but frankly I’m disappointed. The nurses are not friendly and everything seems to be running behind schedule.
M: Not to mention the fact that it’s noisy because no one Observes visiting hours.
