What does Frank mean when he says "it creates extra workload" ?

M: (6)Well, first of all, use the filters of email providers. The second solution is to come up with a few different email addresses. The last thing I would say is to get an email address that isn’t provided by one of the big providers such as Yahoo or Hotmail because that is who the spanners target.
