A person with high IQ has usually been regarded as a success. That is to say, much more importance is attached to IQ in the past decade years. Of course, IQ is necessary and helpful for a person to do well in the work. But as a matter of fact, in my opinion, higher EQ matters mom than higher IQ, especially in such a rapidly developing society.
