答案
From the graph, which shows the number of car accidents in Walton City in 1990, we learn that car accidents fluctuated in the year. From January to March, the number rose from 22 to 32, and then it declined to 26 in June. From June to August, the number sharply went up to 39, the highest point in the year. Fortunately, from then on, the number kept on decreasing, and in the last month of the year, there were only 16 accidents, the smallest number in the year. I think there are possibly three major reasons for the decline of the car accidents in the city. First, tourists moved out of the city after August. The roads became less crowded. Second, drivers became more aware of the danger of car accidents, and they tried to avoid careless driving and drunk driving. Third, the government had taken strict and more efficient measures to reduce car accidents. Hopefully, the number of the car accidents in Walton City will drop further with the efforts of the government and the proper cooperation of the citizens.
