答案
How to Manage Our Emotions? Because of the pressure from work or study, many of us sometimes lose our temper and are hysterical. To manage our emotions is thus very important for social harmony. I think we could follow some basic rules to control ourselves. First of all, we could count to ten, when our emotions want to go on an outburst. When we are angry, we might lose our mind and shout at the person in conversation. To count to ten could make our furious steam cool off and return to sanity. In this way, our dialogue will be more sensible, rather than emotional. Secondly, venting our pent-up emotions in a harmless way is also helpful. If we suppress our feelings, we would be a ticking time bomb, which would lead to disastrous consequences when it blows up. That is why we have to release the depressing emotions on a regular basis. For instance, we could climb to the peak of a mountain and shout at the top of our lungs. We could also shoot things in some licensed shooting galleries. Once the emotions are released, they are properly addressed and easier to manage. In conclusion, it is wise to calm down when we are about to get raging; it is also wise to release our emotions in a healthy manner.
