答案 How to Reduce Pressure Owing to the fast pace of modern life, people nowadays suffer from heavy stress. Therefore it is important for all of us to find a way to handle this stress in order to enjoy high quality life. There are many ways to reduce stress. Some people prefer to listen to classic music and some feel more relaxed after practicing yoga. Sometimes simply sitting in a park and watching a waterfall, listening to the birds, hearing the wind blow through the trees can also reduce pressure. As for me, I find that the best way to relieve stress is to chat with family members or friends. When under stress, if I stay alone, I may continue to dwell on my problems, while chatting with family or friends helps me forget my worries. Another reason is that I can discuss my problems with them and their advice is often helpful. Further more, simply talking about my problems makes me feel released. For all of these reasons I prefer chatting with others to reduce pressure.
