The maintenance manager has asked me to let you know that due to the flood damage we will have to have most of the tiles in your assembly line replaced. The installation is going to begin tomorrow but since the area is so large and so much equipment needs to be moved around, they will not finish laying down the tiles until Monday afternoon, July 23.
Unfortunately we’re unable to provide an alternative place for the personnel from the assembly line to work during that time, so you’re being asked to report back to work by 10: 00 on Tuesday morning. If the installation takes more or less time than we anticipated, you will be informed by phone.
