There is a problem with the menu for the lunch banquet. Mr. Sanders is a vegetarian. Since he is a very important client, I think we should conform the menu to his tastes. Do you have any suggestions?

答案Mark, Yes, I agree it is important to try and accommodate Mr. Sanders. My first suggestion would be to have it catered by the Taj Mahal. They cater and have a wide selection of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. They are a bit expensive though. There is also Willie’s Deli. They deliver deli and gourmet sandwiches, which can be customized. Their menu is quite extensive, and cheap. Finally, you might try The Soup Pot. They have really excellent soups, which are surprisingly filling and come in a wide variety of flavors. If you need the numbers or contact information for any of these, please let me know. Karen
