Eventually, you come to know about the skill, but you’ re incompetent to perform it. Then , as long as you think carefully and go slowly, you can do it. Eventually, it becomes so practiced, it’ s easy. " The secret is not to give up at stage two.
    In short, the seeds of success almost always flourish best in the well-turned soil of failure.
